  We chose to check out Piedmont because he carries a good number of brands and a price point between 1 and 2 thousand. So glad we went. Frank is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us consider different options and test drive as many as we wanted. He does not try to oversell and he explained pros and cons if each bike.   The first time I went to Piedmont eBikes, I really believed I was ready to buy, but Frank wanted me to wait until I was sure since this was my first one and I really had not ridden any kind of bike in some time.  When I came back, he was very informative and honest about the type of bike I should get for my lifestyle and expertise.  He could have sold me a more expensive one (and I probably would have bought it) but he didn't recommend that and I did go with his suggestion.  I love my bike and the first ride was with Frank himself.  The customer service doesn't get any better than that.
