Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with a product, you may return it to us within 10 days of purchase, provided it meets the outlined conditions. Refunds will be issued as store credit, and certain returns may be subject to restocking fees. Please review the detailed terms below for more information.

General Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.
  • Product Condition: Products must be in new or like-new condition (less than 5 miles of use), unless deemed defective.
  • Lightly Used Products: Lightly used returns (products with more than 5 miles of use) may be considered for return but will incur the standard 20% restocking fee plus an additional fee based on the level of wear and tear.
  • Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 20% applies to eBikes and other eligible returns to cover shipping and assembly costs. Additional fees may apply for lightly used items.
  • Used eBikes: Used eBikes are sold as-is and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Special-Order Items

  • Special-Order Accessories: Accessories ordered specifically at the customer’s request are non-returnable or exchangeable.
  • Special-Order Bikes: Special-order bikes are also non-returnable or exchangeable.

Shipping Returns

  • You may ship items back to us if they are defective or unsatisfactory.
  • Return shipping must be via Ground UPS or insured USPS (we do not accept COD shipments).
  • Shipping costs for damaged or incorrect merchandise will be refunded.

Exclusions and Fees

  • Labor Fees: Custom services (e.g., wheel builds) are non-refundable.
  • Used Products: Items returned that appear used beyond “lightly used” may incur higher restocking fees or may be deemed ineligible for return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for cases involving damaged or incorrect items.
